Coupled with their guidance, insight and expertise, the experience is a springboard for a number of different roles within the hospitality industry – but it will take you only so far without a professional demeanor and can-do attitude to match! Prove that you’re able to complete any task with a smile, and you’re well on your way.

The flexible schedule (and competitive pay): Banquet staff positions are part-time with flexible hours, with an emphasis on weekends – when you have more leisure time and less obligations than during the week. You can expect to work a minimum of 6 shifts per month during the busy spring and autumn months and take home an hourly wage $12.00/hr. Done and done.
