Call me old fashioned, but I love china. One of my favorite parts of registering for my wedding was picking out my china pattern. Some people might tell you that it's a bit outdated and you should save cabinet space for necessities, but I totally disagree! China is something that you can pass down to your children and your children's children. It's an heirloom in the making.
Here are some of my favorite patterns.
Cirque Chinois from Tiffany & Co is just so beautiful.
Aux Oiseaux by Bernardaud is so pretty that I could cry. Seriously.
Last, but definitely not least, the Les Maisons Enchantees collection by Hermes is stunning. Very dreamy and fairy tale like, I covet this china.
NYMag.com published a fantastically helpful china lexicon. If you're nervous about picking out china and figuring out what's what, check this before you go!
