This week, the countdown to college football season is on – and if your soon-to-be mister is a sports fan, it takes a serious MVP to tackle your Charleston wedding plans between tailgates and touchdowns.

Our first-round picks for a man-approved meal: pair craft beer from local Charleston breweries with a signature carvery or grill station, and let our personal chefs serve up braised short ribs, Cuban pork tenderloin, savory prime rib or whole roasted grouper.
