“I would like to nominate Anita Huggins as a hometown hero. She is the principal at Moultrie Middle School, and she works harder than anyone I know to ensure that all students, staff, and families feel loved and supported. She dedicates endless hours to helping others in the community and is an extremely selfless person. ⁠⠀

She is working twice as hard now to ensure that all of the students are getting a meaningful education, but even more so that everyone is safe and healthy both physically and mentally. I am a teacher at Moultrie Middle school, and I feel honored to have such a strong, caring leader!”⁠⠀
