We start by designing a culinary experience that is uniquely yours, be it signature dishes or an elegant tasting menu complete with wine pairings. At each venue, an on-site commercial kitchen guarantees restaurant-caliber cuisine, while our professional event team ensures flawless front-of-house service.
Sourcing fresh ingredients from local producers is a cornerstone of our food and beverage program. Our culinary team works directly with Charleston’s farmers and fishermen, bringing seasonal and sustainable ingredients to your guests' tables.
Behind the bar, our beverage team showcases some of the city’s greatest talent. We offer several bar packages to suit your event, featuring everything from beer, wine, and frosé to innovative cocktails and custom drinks.

At PPHG, we work hard to accommodate tastings prior to most events. For guests who cannot attend a tasting in person, we do have a virtual “tasting” tool through our Client Login, where your Event Manager can walk you through all the culinary options. For more information, please connect with your Sales Manager.
With the exception of wedding cakes, PPHG is the exclusive in-house provider of all food + beverage for our events.
Absolutely! Be sure to notify your Event Manager of any allergens and dietary restrictions before finalizing your menu.
We do not provide wedding cakes through PPHG, but our talented pastry team can create an array of sweet confections for your big event! We’re also happy to provide a list of preferred wedding cake bakers local to the Charleston area. Please reach out to your Sales or Event Manager to request the list.
We can absolutely accommodate for any custom items you would like to incorporate into your menu. Be sure to speak with your Event Manager to discuss your options.
Yes! All five of our Charleston venues have on-site access to our commercial-grade kitchens.
A tasting experience provides a wonderful opportunity to try menu offerings from our well-seasoned chefs to tailor a customized menu to your liking. You will sample your selected items, allowing you to visualize the presentation of the menu items, as well! During this time, we will also discuss event logistics, including timeline and layout. We will definitely pop the bubbly to celebrate during your tasting, but due to the amount of food and allotted time, we will be able to discuss all other bar package details.
Your tasting template is due back to your Event Manager at least 14 days in advance so we are able to prep and discuss any customized menu items with our Culinary team prior to your tasting date. You’ll choose either a plated dinner service or a petite plate station-style dinner service. For those hosting two wonderful events with us, you will select a variety of both styles of dinner service. That is a lot of food, but with the assistance of your Event Manager, we will ensure you select the appropriate amount of food and have a well-rounded menu for both events!
This is your day, so if both you and your future spouse can join, that is ideal! From there, any planning professionals you have hired should also attend to capture all of the details and decisions made this day. Additionally, any important people in decision-making can also attend. We can host up to five individuals at a tasting. A request for additional guests can be made with your Event Manager and noted on your tasting template (up to Chef’s discretion).
If you would like to schedule a tour of your venue before or after your tasting, please reach out to your assigned Event Manager, and they will provide all details for a self-guided tour that day.
